    Rooting requirements

    • USB Debugging mode enabled
    • Bootloader unlocked
    • USB cable
    • 80% battery

    Instructions

    Step 1:
                                      Downloads
    1. Download Htc USB Drivers. From here. Install it.
    2. Download A310E_Recovery.zip. From here. And extract all files to C:\Recovery
    3. Download superuser.zip //don't extract it//. From here. copy superuser.zip to SDcard. 

     Step 2:
        To Unlock Bootloader Follow This link.
        //adb drivers can be found in A310E_Recovery.zip previously downloaded.//
    1. Then Enable USB debugging mode from Apps.
    2. Remove battery or You can Power off phone then Press down volume key and power button until you enter boot loader mode.
    3. Enter Choose fastboot option from the bootloader menu.
    4. connect your phone using USB cable
    5. Run recovery.bat from c:\recovery 
    6. After completion of recovery disconnect and reboot your device into bootloader mode.
    7. Enter recovery from bootloader menu.
    8. select install .zip from sd from recovery menu.
    9. After installing reboot your device.
    10. This process roots your phone installing CMW recovery and super user to your phone.

    BUT I RECOMEND YOU TO INSTALL LATEST TWRP RECOVERY FROM HERE ( TWRP recovery easy to use and can fix problems for them who stuck on boot animation or logo.
